At The Keratin Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original professional packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our salon experts inspect the returned items for integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
